WHO ARE WE?
We are a church of house churches.
In the Bible, we read how the first churches met from house to house to share meals, pray, study the apostles teachings, and enjoying being a part of a Christian fellowship (Acts 2:42-47). Nearly 2000 years later, there's still no better way to foster a genuinely relational community of Jesus followers than by gathering in homes and sharing life together.
We gather on Sundays.
The early church also gathered together in large groups to preach the good news of Jesus and encourage one another (Acts 2:46, 5:42). Our Sunday Gatherings are a continuation of that tradition as we meet each Sunday to worship God, sing, pray and preach through the Bible together.
We serve with ministry partners.
We believe one of the most powerful ways to communicate God's love is through service to others (1 Jn 3:17-18). This is how we truly get to know Jesus. We are actively seeking out non-profits and like-minded churches to serve alongside as we love the lost and share the gospel throughout Washington County.
